I am a reporter at The Wall Street Journal. Previously, I worked for The Huffington Post helping to lead a team of journalists focused on visual and interactive pieces.

I am one of FOIA Machine's founders; a crowd-funded website to track public records requests. I also taught journalism courses at The New School. My work has led to national policy reforms and in 2017 and 2020 I was among The Wall Street Journal's finalists for the Pulitzer Prize.

My work has appeared in The New York Times, The San Francisco Chronicle, Le Monde and many other outlets.
